I work hard so my wife doesn't have too. She gave up her successful career to focus on raising our kids and put her trust in me.

We made this big choice together. Outside of getting married and the decision to have kids, this was the best decision we have made for our family.

Having complete faith in your husband is one of the most powerful things you can do to mutually orient him towards being the best he can be. Its more stress on him for sure but its worth it.
