Is anyone working on any kind of reverse auction for bidding out prices for goods and services on Nostr?

If the Nostr community had something like this along with possibly a way to atribute reputation to a npub then we effectively have all the tools necessary for making pretty much any type of cregslist/ebay/gig economy DAO.

This reverse auction thing would probably need some sort of stakeing processes to hold the zaps from the maker and the taker to keepincentives aligned and reduce spam with an escrow to hold the all the funds from the maker for payout until both parties agreed that the project/good was completed or delivered.

Could this all be done with encrypted and unencrypted nostr notes so as not to centralized? 🤔
