It would allow you to convert (in the background away from the user) many child seeds into password of various forms and length.

This would also require a dataset of the index list, the associated website links/lables and details like the password length and type. But all that could be sent off to #nostr #relay from an account derived from the parent 12 word seed. Even if you lost this file, you could still retrieve the unmodified default passwords in the index list.

This would then be, basically an an infinite AND deterministic #PasswordManager from a single 12 word seed.
